Abstract

A soft-film emulsion as flame-retarding agent for organic fibre material is prepared from the flame-retarding high-molecular P-N resin, acrylate or the copolymer of other monomers, and flame-retarding plasticizer. After dried, it can become a transparent water-proof flame-retarding soft film on the surface of organic fibre.

Example Embodiment

[0021] Add 8.2Kg of urea, 4.5Kg of melamine, 17Kg of formaldehyde and 4Kg of ammonia to the reaction kettle, increase the temperature to 92~95℃, keep it for about 60min, and cool it down to 70±5℃, add 0.5Kg of phosphoric acid and keep it for 15~30min, adjust the materials pH=4.8-5.2, cooling down to about 50°C and discharging to obtain the polymer resin (I) of the present invention.
