Problems solved by technology

The activated carbon developed by CN1225289A is only for H 2 S removal effect is good, but the effect on organic sulfur is poor
The active carbon fine desulfurizer described in CN1135456A is soaked and loaded on active carbon by various metal solutions, which can remove sulfide, but it is expensive, and when used for exhaust gas purification, the sulfur capacity is much lower than that described in the patent
These additional components are generally loaded by impregnation method. When

[0020] In the preparation process of the adsorbent of the present invention, the point of the invention is that the impregnation process is carried out at a relatively high temperature, and the selection of other materials and process conditions can be determined according to common knowledge in the field. The adsorbent carrier of the present invention can be an ordinary commercially available activated carbon carrier, or an activated carbon carrier containing auxiliary agents. The activated carbon carrier containing additives can be prepared according to conventional methods in the field, such as adding one or more compounds containing Na, Si, K, etc. before the activated carbon is formed, and the compound containing Na, Si, and K is NaSiO 3 、NaNO 3 、Na 2 CO 3 , KI, KNO 3 、K 2 CO 3 etc., in the form of a solution and before the activated carbon is formed. Then it is molded and activated according to the conventional method, and the activation is generally carried out at...

Embodiment 1~15

[0024] Select activated carbon particles containing auxiliary components and soak them in water. Examples 1-5 are soaked in fresh water at a temperature of 50°C for 24 hours. Examples 6-10 are not soaked in fresh water. Examples 11-14 are soaked in fresh water at a temperature of 100°C. Soak in fresh water for 1 hour, and soak Example 15 at 140°C for 10 minutes in an airtight container. Then soak in different concentration (weight concentration) additive solution and ethanol mixed solution, the volume ratio of ethanol and additive solution is 0.5:5. The volume ratio of the mixed solution to the activated carbon is 1:1. Then impregnation with the above solution is carried out at a certain temperature. Examples 1 to 4 were soaked at 40°C for 48 hours. In Examples 5 to 11, the solution at room temperature was raised to 80°C at 10°C / min and soaked for 6 hours. In Examples 12 to 14, the solution at room temperature was raised to 100°C at 10°C / min. ℃, soaked for 30 minutes, Exampl...

[0027] Na with a concentration of 2% (mass concentration) 2 SiO 3 The solution was mixed into powdered activated carbon, Na 2 SiO 3 The volume ratio of the solution to the volume ratio of activated carbon powder is 1:1, extruded, and activated with water vapor (the amount of water vapor is 1 kg of activated carbon and 10 kg of water vapor) at 950 ° C for 5 hours. Soak for different times, then soak for 30 minutes in a mixture of NaOH solution and ethanol with a concentration of 5% (mass concentration) at 100°C, the volume ratio of ethanol to NaOH solution is 0.5:5, and the volume ratio of the mixed solution to activated carbon particles is 1:1 . Then it was dried at 110°C, and then activated under nitrogen atmosphere at 200°C for 5 hours to prepare a series of adsorbents, as shown in Table 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to an absorbent for purifying sulfur-containing effluvium waste gas and it's preparing method. The invention uses active carbon as carrier, and has 0.1-30% additive components which comprise at least one of Li, K, Na, Cu, Ca, Ba and Mg, while they are distributed on the surfaces of pore passages of said active carbon carrier. The inventive absorbent loads additive components via high-temperature dipping method. The invention can overcome the defections of present absorbent with lower sulfur content and worse regeneration. The inventive method can significantly improve the utilization of effective pore passage of carrier to improve the property of absorbent. And said invention can apply the treatment of sulfur-containing effluvium waste gas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adsorbent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a loaded activated carbon adsorbent for purifying malodorous waste gas and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In various industrial production processes, some toxic and harmful substances are often produced, especially odorous substances, such as hydrogen sulfide, low molecular mercaptans, sulfides, dimethyl disulfide and other sulfides. These sulfide thresholds are very low (H 2 S is 4.1×10 -4 ppmv, methyl mercaptan is 7.0×10 -5 ppmv) and is highly toxic, not only causing chronic harm to the health of enterprise employees, but also polluting the living areas of residents around the enterprise. [0003] At present, the treatment methods for this kind of waste gas mainly include adsorption method, combustion method, washing method, catalytic oxidation, etc. Among them, the adsorption method is widely used because of its simple process, co...
