Problems solved by technology

[0006] Therefore, the materials used in the existing skin repair technology do not use agar and its derivatives. In view of the gel-forming properties of agar, some patents only involve agar as a cooling, thickening dressing or as a cell encapsulation.

[0028] Example 1 Preparation of Porous Composite Scaffold and Skin Dressing

[0029] (1) Agar is dissolved in hot water at 85-95°C, the mass concentration percentage is 1%, collagen (or gelatin) is dissolved in 0.04-0.06M acetic acid solution (or swelled in water), and the mass concentration percentage is 0.5%- 0.6%.

[0030] (2) Mix the agar and collagen (or gelatin) solution after step (1) in a mass ratio of 1: 2, stir for 10 minutes under water bath conditions (water bath temperature 70° C.), centrifugal degassing (500~1000 rpm Divide, 2-5 minutes), then pour into the mold to form (make the height of the mixture in the mold be 5-6mm), put the mold into the refrigerator (-18°C) and freeze for 2-4 hours.

[0031] (3) Put the mold into a freeze dryer, freeze at -35~-45°C for 1~3 hours, then pump air at 0°C for 17~24 hours, freeze-dry to form a porous composite scaffold with a thickness of about 3~4mm, Glutaraldehyde (mass concentration: 0.5%) was cross-linked for half an hou...

[0033] Embodiment 2 Composite film preparation and skin dressing

[0034] (1) Agar is dissolved in hot water at 85-95°C, the mass concentration percentage is 1%, gelatin (or collagen) is dissolved in 0.04-0.06M acetic acid solution (or swelled in water), and the mass concentration percentage is 0.5%- 0.6%.

[0035] (2) Mix the agar and gelatin (or collagen) solution after step (1) in a mass ratio of 1: 4, stir for 3 minutes under water bath conditions (water bath temperature 70° C.), centrifugal degassing (500~1000 rpm minutes, 2-5 minutes), and then poured into a mold for molding (make the height of the mixture in the mold be 3-4mm).

[0036] (3) put it into a blast dryer, and dry at 50-55°C for 48-72 hours to obtain a composite film with a film thickness of about 2 mm. Sterilized with ethylene oxide.

[0037] The composite membrane material is prepared in the form of a disc with a diameter of 1.5 cm and a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, cross-linked with glutaraldehyde (0.5% in mas...

Abstract

The present invention provides one kind of skin wound repairing agar/collagen dressing and its preparation process and application. Agar and collagen or gelatin are mixed, and the mixture is freeze dried to obtain porous compound rack or compound film for promoting the repair of skin wound, and the rack may be also used in other soft tissue engineering. The porous compound rack and compound film of present invention has simple operation, low cost and wide use, and may be used in repairing burnt and ulcer skin as well as for cartilage, cornea, fat and soft tissue engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to biomedical material technology, in particular to an agar / collagen skin wound repair dressing and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Skin diseases caused by extensive burns and ulcers are common clinical diseases, and skin reconstruction or transplantation is one of the important measures to save patients' lives. Since the amount of autologous skin available for transplantation is not enough to solve large-scale repairs, and there are problems such as immune reactions in allogeneic or heterogeneous skin, various tissue-engineered skin or biomaterial dressings have become the way to solve the problem. [0003] The application of skin dressings began in BC. Plant fiber plants such as cotton fibers were used as dressings for skin wounds, which played a good role in protecting wounds and promoting healing for small wounds. The real research at home and abroad began at the ...
