The application discloses a corn straw modified titanium dioxide photocatalyst, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing corn straw, calcining the crushed corn straw, and obtaining calcined corn straw; (2) mixing the calcined corn straw, ethanol and water to obtain a mixed solution A; mixing tetrabutyl titanate, glacial acetic acid and ethanol to obtain a mixed solution B; adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B to react, and then standing to obtain a gel; wherein the mass ratio of the corn straw to the tetrabutyl titanate is 0.05-0.15:100; wherein the mass of the tetrabutyl titanate is calculated based on the mass of completely formed titanium dioxide; (3) drying the gel to obtain a dry gel; and calcining the dry gel to obtain the corn straw modified titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The modified titanium dioxide photocatalyst can be used for degrading organic dye sewage, and can effectively degrade methyl violet in particular.

Green synthesis method of Ag-ZnO nano material and application of Ag-ZnO nano material in photocatalytic degradation of organic dye

The invention belongs to the field of nano materials, and relates to a green synthesis method of an Ag-ZnO nano material and application of the Ag-ZnO nano material in the field of environmental restoration, in particular to application of the Ag-ZnO nano material in photocatalytic degradation of organic dye. According to the method, the Ag-ZnO NPs is constructed by synchronously reducing Ag < + > and Zn < 2 + > by taking natural active components in an astragalus extract as a biological reducing agent and a stabilizing agent. The influence of the catalyst dosage, the initial dye concentration and the pH value of a reaction system on the methyl violet photocatalytic degradation performance of the Ag-ZnO NPs is also investigated. Under optimized reaction conditions, the degradation rate of the methyl violet within 90 minutes can reach 95.11%. In addition, the Ag-ZnO NPs photocatalyst shows good reusability, and still keeps relatively high catalytic activity after being continuously and circularly used for three times. According to the present invention, the developed Ag-ZnO nano-particle synthesis process is green and environmentally friendly, the toxic chemical reducing agent does not need to be used, the prepared nano-material has efficient photocatalytic performance, and the new material and the technical basis are provided for the green treatment of organic dye pollutants.

The invention discloses a method for efficiently degrading common dyes in wastewater by using UV222 in combination with sodium perborate, and relates to the technical field of water treatment. UV222 (wavelength of 222nm) released by a plasma generator is combined with sodium perborate to form a synergistic oxidation system, high-activity free radicals are generated through photochemical activation, and efficient degradation of common dye pollutants in a water body is realized. A UV222 light source with a specific wavelength is adopted, so that the activation efficiency and the free radical yield of sodium perborate can be remarkably improved. Experiments show that the 30 min degradation rate of the method to methylene blue (MB) can reach 95% or above, and the method is suitable for various common dyes such as rhodamine B, malachite green, methyl orange and methyl violet. Compared with a conventional dye treatment technology, the method has the advantages of being higher in efficiency, lower in cost, simpler and more convenient to operate and remarkable in application value.

Hydrogen bond organic framework material constructed by rigid symmetric tetracarboxylic acid molecules and application

PendingCN121158878AOther chemical processesWater contaminantsMalachite greenMethyl violet
The invention belongs to the technical field of organic porous materials, and discloses a hydrogen bond organic framework material constructed by rigid symmetric tetracarboxylic acid molecules and application. The invention provides application of a hydrogen bond organic framework material constructed by rigid symmetric tetracarboxylic acid molecules to adsorption of cationic dye molecules in an aqueous solution. According to the invention, the hydrogen-bond organic framework material is used for carrying out adsorption performance test on five common cationic dye molecules, namely rhodamine B, rhodamine 6G, methyl violet, Junagreen and malachite green. Due to the fact that the material has a large specific surface area, a proper pore channel structure and rich internal pi electrons, cationic dye molecules can be chemically adsorbed in the material through electrostatic attraction. Experimental results show that the prepared hydrogen bond organic framework material has a good adsorption effect on the five cationic dye molecules, and the adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate of the hydrogen bond organic framework material are in the leading position in reported materials.
