An apparatus includes a seat flap for supporting a baby's buttocks and thighs. The seat flap has a top edge, a bottom edge having a shorter length than a length of the top edge and generally curved side edges. A first strap is joined to a first corner of the top edge for adjustably joining to an upper portion of a baby carrier. A second strap is joined to a second corner of the top edge for adjustably joining to the upper portion. Attachments adjustably join the bottom edge about a lower portion of the baby carrier, wherein the baby sits upright, the baby's legs protrude about the generally curved side edges and are supported at least ninety degrees from the lower portion.

Flexible connector straps are provided between the body suit and body suit glidable support dolly and made of a material such as reinforced fabric, elastic or canvas. These connector straps are positioned in spaced-apart relation to one another about the body suit. The body suit is suspended from the seat-support leg by the connector straps that extend between the body suit and fasteners. The fasteners upon the body suit are strategically placed to assist the person assume various postural positions ranging from the upright sitting or standing position, such as at the shoulders, to oblique or horizontal crawling quadruped positions. The person may be encouraged to travel forward, backward or sideways by sensory attractive items, such as mirrors, toys, netting arrays or pull bars.

A toothbrush or the like may be inserted, bristles downward, into an aperture in a cap removably attached to a body of the apparatus. A peg may be inserted into any one of the apertures in order to allow an electric toothbrush head or other non-standard type of toothbrush to be used. An internal ultraviolet (UV) bulb is located in the apparatus to sanitize the toothbrushes. A timer / control circuit may activate the UV bulb for three minutes and then shut off. To prevent the recurrence of bacterial growth over time, the UV bulb may be automatically reactivated by the timer / control circuit after six hours and activated for another 3 minutes or another amount of time, as programmed. A safety mechanism may interact with a spring-loaded microswitch coupled to the timer / control circuit to disable the unit if the cap is removed. The body has a rounded bottom and is weighted such that the sanitizing apparatus sits upright on a flat surface and returns to an upright position if tipped.

A scanning machine is then used to measure the woman's upper torso and the submerged, lifted breasts to obtain their exact size, volume and location which then can be used to select a properly fitting bra which holds and supports the breasts in their natural position. In the preferred embodiment, the system will include a transparent tank filled with water in which a woman sits upright. A scanning machine then moves around tank and aimed at the woman's upper torso and the breasts. A digital file is then created and stored that is then used to select a proper fitting bra.
