This invention discloses a testing device and method for high-
voltage isolation products with state
simulation function, relating to the field of testing technology. The testing device includes a testing chamber, a testing module, a water tank, a gas-liquid separator, and an adjustment mechanism. The testing module is electrically connected to the high-
voltage isolation product and is used to detect the working state of the high-
voltage isolation product. The water tank is connected to the testing chamber, and the gas-liquid separator is connected to the adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is securely connected to the testing chamber and is located inside the testing chamber. The adjustment mechanism is used to adjust the uniformity of water mist inside the testing chamber. First, the product to be tested is placed inside the testing chamber, and the contacts of the testing module are connected to the product. The water tank is equipped with a water pump, which guides water into the testing chamber to simulate the humid environment encountered by the product during use, thereby achieving environmental adaptability testing of the product.
