The invention relates to a pressure humidifying device for a laboratory
pipe system. The device comprises a drain
pipe, a humidifying tank, a humidifying
pipe, a primary catch net, a pressure
relief valve, a
moisture outlet line, a secondary catch net, a water inlet pipe and a liquid level control valve, wherein the pressure
relief valve is mounted on the top of the humidifying tank, the drain pipe and a support are mounted on the bottom of the humidifying tank, and the
moisture outlet line, the water inlet pipe and the liquid level control valve are mounted on the humidifying tank; the primary catch net and the secondary catch net are located between the
moisture outlet line and the water inlet pipe, and a blind plate is mounted on the horizontal section of the
tail end of the humidifying pipe; round holes are formed in the lower part of the vertical section and the horizontal section of the
tail end of the humidifying pipe. The pressure humidifying device is an airtight humidifying
system, and capable of realizing continuous humidification to a gas under certain pressure under the
service condition of the pipeline and thus guaranteeing stable operation of the pipeline; due to the adoption of secondary filtering design, a plurality of
layers of stainless steel filter screens are capable of effectively reducing liquid splashing in the gas-liquid mixing process, reducing the entrainment of liquid drops in the gas and guaranteeing the stability of the saturated wet gas.
