heat transfer in the existing reaction kettle. The reaction kettle comprises an upper kettle body, a lower kettle body, a 
flange disc of the upper kettle body, a 
flange disc of the lower kettle body, a top liquidphase 
raw material inlet of the reaction kettle, a bottom 
liquid phase product outlet of the reaction kettle, a top 
vapor phase raw material inlet of the reaction kettle, a jacket, cooling water inlets of the jacket, cooling water outlets of the jacket, a flow guide cylinder, a baffle plate, a spiral 
pipe in the kettle, and an air 
distributor. The reaction kettle has the advantages that by arranging the air 
distributor and the flow guide cylinder, the size of air foam is small, the annular flow is formed in the reaction kettle, the air and liquid 
mass transfer can be favorably performed, andthe 
reaction rate is greatly improved; by arranging the multiple cooling water inlets and cooling water outlets in the jacket, the baffle plate and the spiral 
pipe in the kettle, the temperature of the cooling water is more uniformly distributed, the reaction heat can be quickly moved out of the kettle, and the enhanced 
exothermic reaction can be stably and quickly performed; the reaction kettle is suitable for the enhanced 
exothermic reaction with gas and liquid 
mass transfer, and the 
mass transfer and 
heat transfer efficiency is high.
