Abstract

The present invention discloses an artificial stone production method, which is based on a geopolymeric cement material. The artificial stone production method includes the following procedures: A. An artificial stone square stock is made of a cementing material and an aggregate with a vacuum vibration compact compressing method. A geopolymeric cement material serves as the cementing material and a carbonate mineral serves as the aggregate. B. The artificial stone square stock is withdrawn from the vacuum environment with a mould and is hardened in maintenance. C. After ejected from the mould, the square stock is cut, polished, protectively treated and became an artificial stone board. The artificial stone board produced by the present production method has the advantages that the raw material is cheap and that the product, which is decorative, has the quality and texture of a natural stone. In addition, the production method has a special technology, consumes little energy, protects the environment, cyclically utilizes natural gravels, saves natural sources and conforms to the development direction of modern novel decoration materials.
