Problems solved by technology

[0002] Using peanut shells to produce wood adhesives is an important way to efficiently utilize peanut shells. There are two main technical routes currently being studied: one is to use peanut shells as fillers for adhesives to partially improve some defects of adhesives, and the use value is not high. The second is to extract the adhesive through solvent extraction, and then react the peanut shell extract with other chemical reagents to prepare the adhesive. The process is complicated, the solvent needs to be recovered, and the extraction residue causes pollution, etc.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of peanut shell liquefaction and an adhesive of the peanut shell. The processing steps are that: (1) the mud and dirt on the surface of peanut shells are cleaned. Then the peanut shell is dried and crushed down; (2) the peanut shell powder is mixed well with molten phenol. Then inorganic mild or strong acid is added to react with the mixture under 120-160 DEG C for 0.5-3 hours. Soda solution is added to regulate the ph value of the mixed solution to be neutral. Next the temperature is reduced to 40-50 DEG C and the peanut shell phenol liquefaction product is obtained; (3) the soda solution and formaldehyde are added into the peanut shell phenol liquefaction product sequentially in proportion. Then the temperature rises to 80-95 DEG C. The reaction lasts for 30-90 minutes. Next the wooden adhesive for veneer used outside is obtained after being cooled below 40 DEG C. The invention has the advantages that the method of the wooden adhesive for veneer used outside can save lots of phenol of petrochemical materials. The adhesive has low cost, little poison, and stable storage. The adhesive has equal pre-compressed effect and gluing property with common phenolic resin and can remarkably increase the utilization value of the peanut shell.
