Abstract

The invention relates to an AKD emulsion and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the Paper Chemicals field. Nonionic monomer, positive ion monomer and natural high molecular compound are used to a generate glycerol polymerization reaction for preparing positive ion polymer which is used as emulsifying agent under the effect of compound evocating agent, and then the AKD emulsion is prepared by using the method of mechanical stirring and emulsification. The AKD emulsion is used for glue blending in the slurry and on the surface of paper making, thereby improving glue blending effect and reducing glue blending cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of papermaking chemicals, in particular to an AKD emulsion and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the middle and late 1990s, with the localization of AKD glue, many large and medium-sized paper mills switched to AKD glue instead of rosin glue. AKD glue is a reactive sizing agent, and the curing time is relatively long, generally about ten days, which greatly increases the inventory of the manufacturer and increases the production cost. In recent years, with the use of coated broken paper, deinked waste paper, high-yield pulp, the improvement of the sealing degree of the white water cycle of the paper machine, and the use of other papermaking additives, the removal of disturbing anionic impurities in the wet end of the paper machine Agglomeration concentration is getting higher and higher, and it is more and more harmful to the wet end operation of the paper machine. At present, the most e...
