Problems solved by technology

The physical repair method mainly has the disadvantages of high processing costs and incomplete repair
Although microbial and phytoremediation methods have the advantages of simple operation, low operating costs, and no secondary pollution, they will be affected by local environmental geological conditions and climatic factors in the actual application process, and these influencing factors are difficult to control manually , while the repair period is longer
In the chemical method, some scholars at home and abroad use organic solvents (such as ethanol, n-hexane, methylene chloride, chloroform, acetone) and surfactants to elute polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil, but there will be problems such as secondary pollution.

Embodiment 1

[0022] A methyl-β-cyclodextrin solution with a mass concentration of 60 g / L was prepared. Weigh 100 g of PAH-contaminated soil and add 200 ml of methyl β-cyclodextrin solution. Then treat it for 24 hours in a rotary shaker with a rotating speed of 10-20r / min. Finally, the soil mixture is separated for 10 minutes in a centrifuge with a rotational speed of 3000-4000 r / min to obtain the treated soil. The PAHs were extracted and determined from the polluted soil before and after the above treatment. The results showed that the concentrations of phenanthrene, anthracene and pyrene were respectively reduced from 205.8mg / kg, 74.9mg / kg and 76.7mg / kg before treatment to 48.4mg / kg, 26.8mg / kg and 12.5mg / kg after treatment. The rates were 76.5%, 64.2%, and 83.7%.

Embodiment 2

[0024] A solution of hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin with a mass concentration of 60 g / L was prepared. Weigh 100 g of PAH-contaminated soil, and add 200 ml of hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin solution. The results showed that the concentrations of phenanthrene, anthracene and pyrene were respectively reduced from 205.8mg / kg, 74.9mg / kg and 76.7mg / kg before treatment to 72.8mg / kg, 41.7mg / kg and 21.2mg / kg after treatment. The rates were 64.6%, 55.7%, and 72.3%.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Acetyl β-cyclodextrin solution with a mass concentration of 60 g / L was prepared. Weigh 100 g of PAH-contaminated soil, and add 200 ml of acetyl β-cyclodextrin solution. The results showed that the concentrations of phenanthrene, anthracene and pyrene were respectively reduced from 205.8mg / kg, 74.9mg / kg and 76.7mg / kg before treatment to 99.4mg / kg, 42.1mg / kg and 26.9mg / kg after treatment. The rates were 51.7%, 43.8%, and 64.9%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restoring soil which is polluted by polycyclic aromatic through utilizing cyclodextrin ectopics, which belongs to the technical field of chemical treatments for polluted soil. The invention comprises mixing the soil which is polluted by polycyclic aromatic with the solution of the cyclodextrin after the soil is air-dried, grinded, and sieved, and arranging mixed liquid in a rotary oscillator and treating, and then, separating the mixed liquid in a centrifugal machine, wherein the mass ratio between water and the cyclodextrin is 100: (3-10), the mass ratio between the soil and the solution of the cyclodextrin is 1: (1-4), and treating time in the rotary oscillator is 16-32 hours. The invention has the advantages of simple and easy operation, rapidity, high efficiency and non-secondary pollutions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical treatment of polluted soil, and in particular relates to a method for using cyclodextrin to repair soil polluted by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ectopic condition. Background technique [0002] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are a typical class of persistent organic pollutants, which are carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic, and pose a great threat to ecological environment safety and human health. Due to the low solubility of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water and the high octanol / water partition coefficient, they are easily absorbed and enriched by organic matter in soil or sediment. In recent years, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have a tendency to aggravate soil pollution. Therefore, the control and remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil has become an important research content of scholars at home and abroad. [0003] At present, there are mainly physic...
