Abstract

The invention discloses a resin concrete, which is characterized in that the concrete is made of the following materials by weight proportion: 1 to 20 weight proportions of unsaturated polyester resin, 50 to 80 weight proportions of aggregate, 3 to 15 weight proportions of powder and 0.5 to 5 weight proportions of admixture. The admixture consists of low shrinkage agent and hardener. By reducing content of the resin of the resin concrete and adding appropriate admixture, novel high-efficiency concrete with high strength and formed product thereof are obtained. The formed product is characterized by low cost, high strength, non-crack and good physical property. More particularly, the invention adopts MC-869 polyester resin as raw material, which reduces consumption and dramatically improves performance index compared with similar product.
