The beneficial effect of the invention is: a powder rape phospholipids with purity higher than 95%, and content of non-lipid impurity lower than 0.3%, which is not disclosed at home and abroad at present, and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The product is in powder, wherein content of the rape phospholipids is enhanced 2-4 times, and content of neutral oil is reduced 6-13 times. It is hard to turn rancid, easy for long-term storage, and can be used in a wider field. In comparison with conventional slurry condensed rape phospholipids, content of phospholipids is increased by 60%, acid value is reduced by about 50%.
