Abstract

The preparation technique of passionflower total flavone and total saponin which does not contain alkaloid and cyanogentic glycoside has the steps as follows: (1) passionflower cauline leaf is dried to have 10 percent to 35 percent of water content under the temperature that is lower than 70 DEG C to be crushed into crude powder; (2) the crude powder is wetted and expended by lower alcohol aqueous solution that is more than 70 percent and is carried out by thermal diacolation by the lower alcohol aqueous solution with gradual lower concentration in sequence; (3) the diacolation liquid with the alcohol concentration higher than 40 percent is depressurized for recovering alcohol till the alcohol concentration is 15 percent to 25 percent, and condensed liquid is basified to pH11; (4) chlorophyll is filtered, filtrate is combined with the diacolation liquid with the alcohol concentration lower than 40 percent, pH is adjusted to 5 to 7, all the alcohol is depressurized and vaporized, and pH is further adjusted to 3; (5) the passionflower total flavone can be obtained by being filtered and vacuum drying; (6) the filtrate is desalted by an ion exchange resin method, hygroscopic agent is added into permeate liquid to be sprayed and dried, and the passionflower total saponin can be obtained.
