The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer separation membrane preparation, and particularly relates to a method for in-situ preparation of polydopamine in a polymer membrane casting solution system. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving dopamine in a solvent, and adding a polymer material, an inorganic moisture absorbent containing hydrated ions and an oxidizing agent to obtain a polymer membrane casting solution; in a polymer membrane casting solution system, dopamine molecules are guided to be subjected to directed auto-polymerization in the polymer molecular chain direction, polydopamine is generated in situ, and the PDA modified polymer membrane is obtained through defoaming, membrane scraping and phase separation. According to the invention, by constructing a polymer membrane casting liquid system containing specific hydrated ions and a weak oxidant, the directional and efficient polymerization of dopamine along a polymer molecular chain is realized, and PDA synthesis and a membrane forming process are integrated. According to the method, the problems that a traditional PDA modification process is tedious, low in efficiency and low in raw material utilization rate are solved, and the hydrophilicity, permeation flux and anti-pollution performance of the prepared PDA modified polymer membrane are remarkably improved.
