Abstract

The invention discloses a novel function of Rhodococcus erythropolis in cleaning of heavy oil scales, wherein, heavy oil biological cleaning agent can be prepared by utilization of thallus cells generated by the Rhodococcus erythropolis for preparation of bacterial solution with water. Particularly, the heavy oil biological cleaning agent consists of thallus cells XP which are cultured by Rhodococcus erythropolis strain CCTCC M 205068 and water, wherein, the dry weight concentration of the Rhodococcus erythropolis thallus cells XP is 8 to 20 grams per liter and the optimized concentration is 12 to 15 grams per liter. Compared with the prior art, the novel function of the Rhodococcus erythropolis in the cleaning of the heavy oil scales has the advantages of good use effect, strong degreasing ability, small environmental pollution and so on, can clean the heavy oil scales on surfaces of metals, plastics, glass and so on and can be widely used for cleaning work platforms, machinery equipment, components and parts, containers and pipes in crude oil mining and production places.
