The content of the capsaicine measured by a near-infrared spectrometer method and a result measured by the chemical analysis method do not have obvious differences; and by the method, the content of the capsaicine can be detected nondestructively.

The invention discloses an intelligent controlled electric heating pavement ice and snow removing process, and relates to an electric heating pavement ice and snow removing process. The process solves the problems of pavement corrosion and water resource pollution easily caused in chemical ice and snow removal, high investment in mechanical ice and snow removal and high energy consumption in traditional electric heating. The first scheme comprises that heating ribs are embedded into an asphalt pavement, and specifically the process comprises the following steps of: treating a lower bearing layer in 5 to 7 centimeters below the pavement, scattering adhesive oil, paving a reinforcement fabric, pre-treating the heating ribs, binding the heating ribs and a pavement temperature sensor, mechanically spreading concrete, and curing the pavement; arranging an atmospheric temperature sensor and an intelligent temperature controller; and setting intelligent temperature control parameters. The second scheme comprises that heating ribs are embedded into a cement pavement, and specifically the process comprises the following steps of: treating a lower bearing layer in 5 to 7 centimeters below the pavement, paving a reinforcement fabric, binding strutting pieces, pre-treating the heating ribs, binding the heating ribs and a pavement temperature sensor, mechanically spreading concrete, and curing the pavement. The other schemes are the same. The process is used for ice and snow removal of the pavement.

The method disclosed by the invention is mild in reaction conditions, high in efficiency and selectivity, and environment-friendly.
