The sea water evaporation and air processing system comprises: the absorption evaporator, a sea water spray chamber, a pre-heater, a regulating valve, a throttle valve and a valve group; wherein, the absorption evaporator comprises an absorber and an evaporator, and the water retaining device is connected between the absorber and the evaporator.
