[0010] A barium titanate ceramic dielectric material. The barium titanate ceramic dielectric material is prepared by using the formulas of No. 1 to No. 10 materials in Table 1 by a conventional process. When these barium titanate ceramic dielectric materials are made into MLCC products by conventional technology, the sintering temperature is 1000°C±50°C. The obtained MLCC products have the characteristics of stable capacity and good performance. The performance test parameters of the MLCC products are as the MLCC test parameters corresponding to No. 1-10 material formulations in Table 2.
