Abstract
The invention relates to aloe hydrate and nutrition skin cream and a preparation method thereof. The skin cream is prepared according to the following ingredients by the weight parts as follows: 0.5 to 1.0 part of carbomer resin, 8.0 to 10.0 parts of propylene glycol, 1.0 to 8.0 parts of hyde oil, 0.1 to 1.0 part of aloe powder, 0.01 to 0.1 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 77.5.0 to 89.4 parts of deionized water, 0.5 to 1.0 part of trolamine, 0.3 to 1.0 part of ornitrol, 0.1 to 0.2 parts of essence, and 0.1 to 0.2 parts of preservative. The preparation steps are as follows: (1) carbomer resin is dipped in and dissolved in 1/3 deionized water which is stirred to dissolve sodium hyaluronate and aloe powder; (2) 1/3 deionized water is poured into a reaction kettle, then dissolved carbomer resin is added in the reaction kettle, and the temperature is raised to 85 to 90 DEG C; (3) propylene glycol, hyde oil, pre-dissolved sodium hyaluronate and aloe powder are added into the carbomer resin in sequence, and stirred until being dissolved; (4) when the temperature is lowered to 40 to 45 DEG C, essence, preservative, and trolamine are added, stirred and dissolved. When carbomer resin takes the shape of transparent jelly, carbomer resin can be discharged and canned; and (5) ornitrol is shaped and injected into canned transparent jelly.
