Abstract

The invention provides a polyester composite material composition. The composition comprises the following components by weight portion: 100 weight portions of polyester, 5 to 60 weight portions of polynaphthalic acid glycol ester fibers, 0.8 to 1.8 weight portions of nucleator, and 0 to 1 weight portion of optional processing agent. The polyester composite material composition can be used for preparing polyester composite material with quick crystallization and high strength.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-strength, fast-crystallization polyester composite material. Background technique [0002] Polyester materials such as PBT, PTT, PET, etc., are widely used in the synthetic fiber and film industry due to their excellent performance and low price. However, due to some inherent defects, such as slow crystallization speed, insufficient toughness, poor dimensional stability after heating, etc., it is limited in engineering plastics or molded parts. In order to fully develop the excellent properties of polyester materials, a lot of research has been done. [0003] For example, CN1687230 of Chen Dejie et al. of Shanghai Jujie Macromolecule Material Co., Ltd., PET and PP blending modified nano-filler alloy and its preparation method, although the crystallization speed of PET can be improved, but due to the poor compatibility of PET and PP , the final performance of the material is not ideal.
