Abstract

The invention relates to a whirlwind air type biomass high temperature pyolyzing gasification furnace which comprises a cylinder and a whirlwind air high temperature pyolyzing gasification furnace chamber with a form that conic cylinders are combined up and down. The upper part of the gasification furnace is provided with a biomass storage hopper, a worm distributor and a tapered material dropping pipe, the lower part is provided with a clinker discharge pipe and a clinker box, the gasification furnace is internally provided with a vertical biomass gas discharge pipe which is coaxial with the gasification furnace, and the two sides outside the gasification furnace are respectively provided with a gas fuel combustion chamber. When in running, high temperature and low oxygen flue gas generated by fuel burnt in the gas fuel combustion chamber is injected into the whirlwind air type biomass high temperature pyolyzing gasification furnace chamber along the tangential direction in a way of high-velocity jet, so that strong whirlwind volution is formed; meanwhile, the flue gas is rapidly mixed with biomass material and is fully pyrolyzed and gasified, and the generated biomass gas is discharged out of the whirlwind pyolyzing gasification furnace through the biomass gas discharge pipe.
