Problems solved by technology

At present, the existing methods have cumbersome process steps, high energy consumption, and high preparation costs. At the same time, the products are mostly mixtures of several zeolite molecular sieves with different skeleton structure types, and it is difficult to obtain pure phases of zeolite molecular sieves.
Therefore, there is a lack of a method for using oil shale ash as a raw material to synthesize the pure phase of zeolite molecular sieves by hydrothermal synthesis.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a sodalite pure phase by taking oil shale ash as a raw material, and belongs to the field of production and preparation of inorganic functional materials. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly determining contents of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the oil shale ash raw material, sieving the oil shale ash by a sieve, and drying the oil shale ash in an oven; after drying, evenly mixing the oil shale ash with NaOH and deionized water, and stirring the mixture electromagnetically at normal temperature, wherein the proportion of a reaction raw material formulation is as follows: the proportion of H2O to Na2O is equal to 5.0-7.8, and the proportion of the Na2O to the SiO2 is equal to 2.5-7.0; transferring the materials into a reaction kettle, and crystallizing the materials at constant temperature; and finally, filtering, washing and drying the product to obtain the sodalite pure phase. The method has the advantages of preparing a sodalite molecular sieve pure phase from the low-cost raw material oil shale ash. The pretreatment for the oil shale ash is simple, has no redundant heat treatment and acid treatment, and saves energy; and the preparation flow has no alkali fusing process, simple process, easy operation, and friendly environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of production and preparation of inorganic functional materials, and relates to a method for preparing sodalite pure phase by using oil shale ash as a raw material. Background technique [0002] my country's proven resources of oil shale ranks fourth in the world. With the increase of mining volume, the discharge of oil shale ash will increase. The main components of oil shale ash include SiO 2 、Al 2 o 3 , Fe 2 o 3 , CaO and MgO, etc., among which SiO 2 、Al 2 o 3 accounted for the vast majority of the content. Using oil shale ash as raw material, the synthesis of zeolite molecular sieves by hydrothermal synthesis is an important way for deep utilization of oil shale ash. The current existing method has cumbersome process steps, high energy consumption, and high preparation cost. At the same time, the product is mostly a mixture of several zeolite molecular sieves with different skeleton structure types, and i...
