Abstract

The paint is made of the raw materials based on the parts by weight: 20-50 parts of alkyd resin, 5-20 parts of phenolic resin, 10-40 parts of epoxide resin, 5-30 parts of cross-linking agent, 5-15 parts of phthalic anhydride, and 0.3-1 part of catalyst. In the manufacturing method, the alkyd resin, the phenolic resin and the epoxide resin are taken as interpenetrating polymer network resin, and the benzoic anhydride, the vulcabond and the amine resin are taken as cross linker.
