Embodiment 1

[0027] Implementation Example 1 (APTS-MCM-41)

[0028] The pre-synthesized MCM-41 was dried in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 10 hours. Weigh 1g of the treated MCM-41, add it into 100ml tetrahydrofuran, and stir evenly at room temperature. Then, 6 mL of aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) was added dropwise, followed by stirring for 1 hour. The reaction solution was slowly heated to 30° C. for 10 hours. After the reaction, the reaction solution was suction filtered and washed with tetrahydrofuran. The resulting solid sample was activated in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 10 hours. Samples were characterized and CO 2 Adsorption performance test.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Implementation Example 2 (APTS-SBA-15)

[0030] The pre-synthesized SBA-15 was dried in a vacuum oven at 150°C for 12 hours. Weigh 1g of the treated SBA-15, add it into 100ml of anhydrous toluene, and stir evenly at room temperature. Then, 8 mL of aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) was added dropwise, followed by stirring for 1 hour. The reaction solution was slowly heated to 60° C. for 20 hours. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was suction filtered and washed with anhydrous toluene. The obtained solid sample was activated in a vacuum oven at 150° C. for 10 hours. Samples were characterized and CO 2 Adsorption performance test.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Implementation Example 3 (AEAPMDS-MCM-41)

[0032] The pre-synthesized MCM-41 was dried in a vacuum oven at 100°C for 10 hours. Weigh 1g of the treated MCM-41, add it into 100ml tetrahydrofuran, and stir evenly at room temperature. Then, 2 mL of aminoethylaminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane (AEAPMDS) was added dropwise, and stirred for 1 hour. The reaction solution was slowly heated to 60° C. for 15 hours. After the reaction, the reaction solution was suction filtered and washed with tetrahydrofuran. The obtained solid sample was activated in a vacuum oven at 120° C. for 10 hours. Samples were characterized and CO 2 Adsorption performance test.

Abstract

The invention provides a novel CO2 adsorbent and a method for preparing the same. The novel CO2 adsorbent is a mesoporous material modified by an amino group. The method for preparing the novel CO2 adsorbent comprises that: the grafting method is adopted; the pre-synthesized mesoporous material is pretreated, added to a solvent, evenly stirred at the room temperature and added with amino organosilane dropwise and stirred, and the obtained mixed solution is slowly heated up to a temperature of between 30 and 90 DEG C and kept warm for 10 and 20 hours; and after sucking filtration, the obtained solid product is activated in a vacuum oven at a temperature of between 80 and 150 DEG C for more than 10 hours. Due to the amino functional group modification on the surfaces of porous channels of the mesoporous material, the acidity-alkalinity of the surface is changed, thereby providing an adsorption activity center for the acidic gas CO2 and obviously improving the adsorption efficiency of CO2.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of air pollution control, in particular to the CO 2 Adsorbents and methods for their synthesis. Background technique [0002] In recent years, climate change caused by the "greenhouse effect" has become a global environmental problem. The main component of greenhouse gases is CO 2 , CO 2 The capture and separation of gases becomes particularly important. Currently CO 2 Capture and separation mainly include solvent absorption method, solid adsorption method, membrane separation method, cryogenic fractionation method, etc. Among them, the key core issue of the solid adsorption method is to improve the CO adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. 2 the amount of adsorption. [0003] Zeolite molecular sieves are widely used in the field of gas adsorption due to their regular crystal structure, very high specific surface area and adsorption capacity. For example, 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X and other zeolite molecular sieves select...
