Measure 10 mL of solution C into a reaction vessel, put it into a microwave hydrothermal system (PIEMEX) for microwave heating; control the synthesis temperature to 190° C., and the reaction time to 2 h. After the reaction, the precipitate was filtered and washed with deionized water until neutral. Put the precipitate into an oven and dry it at 80°C to obtain a spherical ultrafine BNT powder with a single particle size.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for synthesizing Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 spheroidal particles by a microwave hydrothermal method. The method for synthesizing Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 spheroidal particles comprises the following concrete steps: firstly, preparing bismuth nitrate solution; then, dripping titanium-containing compound solution into the bismuth nitrate solution to form uniform mixed solution; gradually dripping NaOH water-solubility solution into the uniform mixed solution and controlling the molar concentration of the OH<-> of the mixed solution between 1M and 5M; carrying out heating reaction for the mixing solution in a microwave heating way and controlling the temperature of the heating reaction between 140 DEG C and 190 DEG C and the reaction time of the heating reaction between 2 hours and 6 hours; and obtaining the Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 spheroidal particles by filtering, washing to be neutral and drying after the heating reaction is finished. The production method has simple process, uses no organic solvent or organic reactant, has short reaction time and is suitable for industrialized production. The particle size distribution of the synthesized Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 spheroidal particles is narrow, thus the invention meets the requirement of high reliability, multifunction and micromation proposed for electronic ceramic components.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of sodium bismuth titanate (Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 TiO 3 , BNT) preparation method, in particular to a preparation method for microwave hydrothermal synthesis of BNT single-diameter spherical particles, the method can synthesize BNT single-diameter spherical particles that meet the requirements of piezoelectric ceramic components. Background technique [0002] Piezoelectric ceramic materials are widely used in high-tech fields such as electronic information, integrated circuits, computers, automatic control, aerospace, marine surveying and mapping, communication technology, automobiles and energy, and become the basic materials for many new electronic components. It occupies a very important strategic position in the construction. Traditional piezoelectric ceramics include PZT-based binary and multi-component ceramic materials and have a wide range of applications, but in PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics, the content o...
