The preparation method includes steps of dividing the twenty-five medicinal materials into four parts, namely mineral and precious medicine, precious and refine medicine, medicinal material containing volatile oil and medicinal material containing water-soluble components, crushing the mineral and precious medicine to 80 mesh, uniformly mixing; crushing the medicinal material containing high volatile oil to crude powder, extracting volatile oil, using beta-cyclodextrin for clathration; carrying out water extraction for the medicinal material containing water-soluble components, concentrating to relative density of 1.25-1.35 under reduction pressure, mixing the three parts, drying at 60-80 DEG C, crushing to 80 mesh; respectively grinding the precious and refine medicine, namely buffalo horn concentrated powder, cow-bezoar and musk into fine powder, mixing, adding beta-cyclodextrin and dextrin for mixing, and packaging into capsule. The high efficiency liquid chromatogram method is used for detecting content of piperine, and the thin layer chromatography method is used for discriminating nine objects.
