Abstract

The invention relates to a method of supercritical extraction of unsaturated fatty acid of schizochytrium limacinum, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: filling dried schizochytrium limacinum powder into an extraction kettle of a supercritical extraction device; setting technological parameters of the supercritical extraction device; then starting to extraction; simultaneously starting an ultrasonic strengthening device; generating ultrasonic wave with the electric power of 500W in each liter of the extraction kettle and closing the ultrasonic device after extraction for 9 to 11 minutes; and maintaining the technological parameters set in the step (2) to be constant, and continuously extracting for 45 to 55 minutes to obtain the unsaturated fatty acid extract. By preferring technological parameters for extraction and simultaneously applying strengthening action of the ultrasonic wave, the extraction method can improve extraction efficiency obviously under the premise that the property of extract is not changed; in addition, the method has short extraction time, and the extracted unsaturated fatty acid has high purity.
