Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the past, the bast fiber of apocynum bast fiber was degummed by alkali method to obtain the fiber raw material required for textile, but the fiber will be damaged by alkali to varying degrees, resulting in a very low product yield
In addition, a large amount of wastewater will be generated during the degumming process, which is difficult to treat and seriously pollutes the environment. Therefore, the discharge of wastewater from this process is strictly limited.
[0003] The water-adding ratio of raw materials in the liquid microbial degumming developed in the past ten years is about 1:20-30, and a large amount of wastewater will also be generated during the degumming process. Although the cost of sewage treatment has been reduced, it is still one of the problems that plague the development of the industry. one

Embodiment 1

[0014] Select the bast part of apocynum bast, make it into fiber bundles, add tap water at a mass ratio of 1: 2.5, adjust the pH value to 7 with lime water, add a microbial culture solution with a water ratio of 3% in total, and degumming at 35°C for 4 days. During this period, take out the fiber bundle for observation, and when it is torn into a net by hand, the degumming is over. After removing the degumming waste water, washing with clear water and drying, the technical fiber raw material for textile can be obtained, and the residual glue rate of the fiber raw material is only 0.32%.

Embodiment 2

[0016] Select the bast part of apocynum bast, make it into fiber bundles, add tap water at a mass ratio of 1: 2.5, adjust the pH value to 8 with lime water, add a microbial solution with a water ratio of 4% in the total amount, and incubate at 36°C for 3 days, during which Take out the fiber bundle and observe until it is torn into a net by hand, that is, the degumming is over. The degumming waste water is removed, washed with clear water and dried to obtain a textile fiber raw material with a residual glue rate of 0.29%, which is directly used for spinning.

Embodiment 3

[0018] Select the bast part of Apocynum apocynum, make it into fiber bundles, add tap water at a mass ratio of 1:2.8, adjust the pH value to 6 with citric acid water, add a microbial solution with a water ratio of 5% of the total amount, and incubate at 38°C for 2 days. During this period, take out the fiber bundle and observe that it is torn into a net by hand, that is, the degumming is over. Remove the degumming waste water, wash and dry the raw material with a residual glue rate of 0.2% to the technical fiber raw material for textile.

Abstract

The invention provides a novel method for microbial solid degumming of apocynum bast fiber. Under a condition of smaller water addition ratio, pre-culturing special bacteria are added to complete the degumming; and a selected microbe is a culture solution of bacillus subtilis, the dosage ratio of the microbial solution is between 2 and 6 percent, and the mass ratio of the apocynum bast fiber to the water is 1:1-5. The method belongs to a water-saving process technology. The waste water generated in degumming does not contain any chemical residue, so that the pollution problem existing in the degumming by the chemical method is fundamentally solved, and a fibrous raw material obtained after the degumming completely meets spinning requirements; and compared with the prior process, the long-fiber ratio is improved by 10 percent. By adjusting the degumming time, the processing fiber and the spinning monofilament are both obtained. Because the improvement of the resource utilization ratio and the reduction of the environmental pollution are achieved at the same time, the method has a wide application prospect.
