In the method, a fermentation filter cake in the monosodium glutamate production process serves as raw material; the fermentation filter cake is mixed with hydrated lime and pulverized; then, powdered rice hulls are used for respectively absorbing fermented purple nonsulfur bacteria, bacillus subtilis and Bacillus mucilagimosus krassilm to form single microbial inoculums; the absorbed signal microbial inoculums are mixed according to the ratio of 1.5-2.5:1.5-2.5;1; 5-15% of the mixed microbial inoculums is added into the fermentation filter cake raw materials, inorganic fertilizer is also added, and the mixed microbial inoculum is mixed with the inorganic fertilizer to obtain the compound microbial fertilizer for aquiculture.
