Problems solved by technology

[0004] The acid and alkali resistance of SAPO molecular sieve is very weak. In US5475182, it is believed that even if SAPO-34 is in the range of 0.001N-0.01N acid concentration, after 24 hours of treatment, the crystallization retention is lower than 30%, but the selectivity to ethylene increases by 9-11%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composition containing a silica alumina phosphate molecular sieve and application thereof in preparing olefin by conversion of oxygenated compounds. The composition contains the silica alumina phosphate molecular sieve and tridymite according to a weight ratio of 100:0.5 to 100:35, and the composition is obtained by drying a mixture at the temperature of between 80 and 400 DEG C and then treating the dried mixture in water vapor or air or inert atmosphere at the temperature of between 300 and 1,200 DEG C, wherein the mixture is a molecular sieve mixture which accounts for 0.005 to 50 percent of phosphorus by weight of molecular sieve based on P2O5 and is obtained through mixed contact of phosphorus-containing ammonium salt and the silica alumina phosphate molecular sieve. The composition has obvious effects of improving olefin selectivity, in particular ethylene selectivity, reducing the generation of hydrocarbon of over C4<+> and restraining methane increment when the composition is used for conversion reaction of oxygenated compounds such as methanol and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a composition containing molecular sieve, a preparation method and its application, more specifically to a composition containing silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, a method for preparing the composition and its application. Background technique [0002] Light olefins such as ethylene, propylene, and butene are widely used as basic raw materials for the production of various chemicals and polymers, and play a pivotal role in the modern petrochemical industry. Light olefins have traditionally been obtained from petroleum feedstocks by steam cracking and catalytic cracking processes. But for oil, there are problems of rising prices and unstable supply in the short term, and limited resource reserves in the long run, resulting in an oil crisis. In order to solve the problems of olefin production cost and source of raw materials, the development of technologies that can replace petroleum raw materials to produce light...
