Abstract

The marine actinomyces is named as Yangjiang streptomyces and is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July, 31st, 2009, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO: M209167. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the metabolite with inhibiting effect on pseudomonas solanacearum in the marine actinomyces. The preparation method prepares the metabolite by controlling the fermentation conditions of the Yangjiang streptomyces, extracting mycelium and separating the fermented supernate and the mycelium extract through silica-gel column chromatography. The preparation method is simple and feasible and has low cost.
