The invention relates to natural antibiotics and preparing method thereof, more specifically, the invention relates to natural antibiotics comprising bee-venoms and crude herb-extracts as active components and preparing method thereof, wherein the herb-extracts are obtained at preset hydrothermal conditions and have excellent antioxidation, and the bee venoms have excellent antibacterial action. The inventive natural antibiotics have bactericidal action for resisting bacteria inducing diarrhea in pigs, thereby increasing the productivity of piglets, and also providing pork not containing any antibiotics by capability of preventing and treating diseases. Moreover, since the present inventive natural antibiotics have excellent antibacterial effect, therefore they can largely reduce the number of the somatic cells existing in milk, and can substitute traditional antibiotics, which contributes to the production of high quality milk products not containing antibiotics, such as milk and cheese.
