Embodiment 1

[0024] Dissolve 3g of chitosan in 97g by weight of 2% acetic acid solution at 40°C to form a homogeneous solution. Dissolve 5 g of polylactic acid in 95 g (content ≥ 99 wt %) of dimethyl sulfoxide solution at 25° C. to form a uniform solution. Dissolve 7g of polyvinyl alcohol in 93g of deionized water at 100°C to form a uniform solution. Weigh 11.2g of chitosan solution, 0.6g of polyvinyl alcohol solution and 0.84g of polylactic acid solution, mix together at 25°C, stir for 30min, and defoam. Cast the defoamed mixed solution on polyester film and dry it at room temperature for 4 hours, then vacuum dry and heat-set at 25°C to obtain chitosan: polyvinyl alcohol: polylactic acid with a weight percentage of 8:1:1 Dense films of chitosan / polyvinyl alcohol / polylactic acid blends.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Weigh 12.6g of chitosan solution, 2.7g of polyvinyl alcohol solution and 1.26g of polylactic acid solution respectively, mix together at 25°C, stir for 30min, and defoam. Cast the defoamed mixed solution on polyester film and dry it at room temperature for 4 hours, then vacuum dry and heat-set at 25°C to obtain chitosan: polyvinyl alcohol; the weight percentage of polylactic acid is 6:3:1 Dense films of chitosan / polyvinyl alcohol / polylactic acid blends.

Embodiment 3

[0028] Weigh 11.2g of chitosan solution, 6g of polyvinyl alcohol solution and 1.68g of polylactic acid solution, mix together at 25°C, stir for 30min, and defoam. Cast the defoamed mixed solution on polyester film and dry it at room temperature for 4 hours, then vacuum dry and heat-set at 25°C to obtain chitosan: polyvinyl alcohol: polylactic acid with a weight percentage of 4:5:1 Dense films of chitosan / polyvinyl alcohol / polylactic acid blends.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a chitosan/polyving alcohol/polylactic acid blended dense membrane, comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving chitosan by using acetum as solvent under the temperature of 30-40 DEG C to obtain 3wt% of chitosan solution; (2) dissolving polyving alcohol by using dimethyl sulfoxide solution as solvent at room temperature to obtain 5wt% of polyving alcohol solution; (3) dissolving polylactic acid by using deionized water as solvent under the temperature of 80-120 DEG C, stirring until completely dissolving to obtain 7wt% of polylactic acid solution; (4) mixing the above three solutions according to a certain ratio, stirring for 15-30min at constant temperature of 20-30 DEG C, standing and defoaming; and (5) preparing the blended dense membrane by tape casting. The invention does not relate to toxic substance in the process of preparing the membrane, has the advantages of simple and convenient equipment and technology for preparing the membrane, good biodegradability and convenient clinic application, and is suitable for artificial skin, surgical dressing and the like in the biomedical filed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of polymer blended dense films, in particular to a preparation method of chitosan / polyvinyl alcohol / polylactic acid blended dense films. Background technique [0002] Artificial skin used to protect wounds from infection and dehydration has been widely used in the past few decades. Many polymer membranes and drug-loaded polymer membranes are used to manufacture biomaterials such as artificial skin. Chitosan is the only alkaline polysaccharide that exists in large quantities in nature. It has a wide range of sources, and it has good film-forming properties, is easy to modify, and can introduce various functional groups, making chitosan and its derivatives useful in the field of medicine. Very broad application prospects. When chitosan is used as a biological material, it has good biocompatibility, is non-toxic and has affinity to human cells, does not react with body fluids, and has no antigen-antibody...
