The collapse protective poly-carboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared by polymerizing 5-60 percent of dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate, 15-60 percent of maleic anhydride and 15-70 percent of allyl polyethylene glycol as the raw materials with a water solution under the action of an initiating agent. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the collapse protective poly-carboxylic acid water reducing agent.
