Abstract

The invention discloses a process method for refining lime-carbonated coal balls, and relates to a production process for coal gas. The process method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) placing unslaked lime in a humidifier, adding water into the humidifier and stirring the lime and the water to prepare low-moisture slaked lime; (2) grinding the low-moisture slaked lime into fine powder of 80 to 100 meshes; (3) conveying the fine lime powder to an ash bin through a gas pipeline conveying device; (4) metrically adding water into the ash bin for further stirring and slaking to prepare the slaked lime for matching with moisture content of about between 15 and 17 percent; (5) classifying the coal at different ore occurrences into three ore occurrence coal piles; (6) metrically extracting coal dust from the three ore occurrence coal piles to make synthetic coal dust; (7) feeding the slaked lime for matching and the synthetic coal dust into a moulded coal mixing cabin respectively and uniformly stirring the slaked lime and the coal dust to form coal dust mixture to be pressed; and (8) forming the coal balls by pressing.
