Abstract

The invention discloses a molecular marker method for tracking Jingzhou rye chromosome 6RL powdery mildew resistance genes, and belongs to the technical field of plant biology. The provided primer pair is any one of three pairs of EST-STS primers and comprises the primer pair of CINAU145, CINAU450 and CINAU895. The molecular marker method is characterized in that: the markers can amplify strips which are different from wheat in the Jingzhou rye, are positioned on a long arm of the 6R chromosome through the amplification analysis in Huixian red wheat and Jingzhou rye 6R addition line and telomere addition line, are favorable for rapidly identifying 6RL-carrying powdery mildew resistance genes in the wheat background, and are used for the marker-assisted selection.
