The invention discloses stachyose tablets for calcium supplementation and intestinal micro-ecological regulation. The stachyose tablets mainly comprise stachyose, bifidobacterium powder, lactobacillus powder, calcium carbonate, VD3 and the like; and the stachyose tablets comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 20 to 60 percent of stachyose (with purity of 75 to 95 percent), 10 to 45 percent of bifidobacterium powder, 5 to 45 percennt of lactobacillus powder, 1 to 30 percent of calcium carbonate, 0.0001 to 0.001 percent of VD3 and 0 to 30 percent of additive.
