Peripheral devices of the driver comprise a shaft tank, a variable pitch actuating motor, and an incremental coder on the output shaft of the motor; circuits of the driver comprise two parts, namely a drive circuit and a control circuit; the drive circuit comprises a rectifying circuit, an inverter circuit, a switch power supply circuit, a current and voltage detecting circuit and a relay drive circuit; and the control circuit comprises a DSP module, a CPLD module, a PWM signal drive circuit, a signal conditioning circuit, a switching value acquiring circuit, a coder signal conditioning and acquiring circuit and a communication circuit. The fully digital electric variable pitch driver directly receives a command which is sent by a fan master control and performs three-closed-loop control based on vector change and SVPWM by detecting the current signal of a motor stator and the signal of the coder so as to realize the variable pitch control of the actuating motor; and the control accuracy, the response speed and the reliability of a variable pitch system can be ensured, and then the generating efficiency and the power quality of a whole wind generating set are increased.
