Abstract

The fluoridated hydroxyapatite composite has a fluoridated hydroxyapatite crystal phase by X-ray diffraction analysis, simultaneously has different functional groups, such as a hydroxyl (OH) and hydroxyl fluorinion hydrogen bond (OH.F) or the hydroxyl (OH) and different hydroxyl fluorinion hydrogen bonds (OH.F and OH.F.HO) or different hydroxyl fluorinion hydrogen bonds (OH.F and OH.F.HO), and the like by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer detection and has the effect of improving the biological activity of human osteoblasts. The fluoridated hydroxyapatite composite or a composition of the fluoridated hydroxyapatite composite and other compounds of the invention can be used as skeleton bulking agents and can promote the regeneration and restoration of osteocytes.
