Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, in the field of subway engineering and underground engineering, especially in shield tunneling engineering, synchronous grouting materials and secondary grouting materials mainly adopt double-liquid grouting materials and single-liquid grouting materials mainly composed of cement slurry. The materials are transported abroad, but a large amount of slag and muddy water generated during the construction process are not fully utilized, and the transportation process not only increases the project cost, but also pollutes the environment

Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1: This kind of synchronous grouting material for tunnels, after analyzing the composition of the separated muck particles, it is obtained that the content of soil sand (clay and fine sand with a particle size of less than 5mm) in the muck is 50%, and the soil-sand ratio is 0.15 :1. It is determined that 120kg of cement, 450kg of fly ash, 280kg of water and 3kg of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are added to each cubic meter of muck slurry.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Example 2: This kind of synchronous grouting material for tunnels, after analyzing the composition of separated muck particles, it is obtained that the content of soil sand (clay and fine sand with a particle size of less than 5mm) in the muck is 30%, and the soil-sand ratio is 0.1 :1. It is determined that 100kg of cement, 350kg of fly ash, 50kg of bentonite, 100kg of fine sand, 200kg of water and 3kg of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are added to each cubic meter of muck slurry.

Embodiment 3

[0028] Example 3: This kind of synchronous grouting material for tunnels, after analyzing the composition of the separated muck particles, it is obtained that the content of soil sand (clay and fine sand with a particle size less than 5mm) in the muck is 65%, and the soil-sand ratio is 0.18 :1. Make sure to add 80kg of cement, 300kg of fly ash, 350kg of water, and 5kg of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose per cubic meter of muck slurry.

[0029] The steps of the method for preparing synchronous grouting material for tunnel are as follows:

[0030] Step one: first recover the muck outside or inside the tunnel, remove large particles in the muck, analyze the content of clay and fine sand in the muck, and the ratio of soil to sand, and then mix it with water or mud to make muck Slurry

[0031] Step 2: According to the particle composition in the residue, the residue slurry is used as the main raw material, and cement, fly ash, bentonite, fine sand, water and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a synchronous grouting material used for a tunnel and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is the grout which is prepared by taking sediment grout as a main raw material, wherein the sediment grout comprises 30 to 65 percent of clay and fine sand totally and the weight ratio of soil to sand in the sediment grout is 0.1-0.18:1; and adding 80 to 120 kg of cement, 300 to 450 kg of coal ash, 200 to 500 kg of water or mud water and 3 to 10 kg of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into per cubic meter of the sediment grout, wherein the grout density is between 1.85 and 2.05 g/cm<3> and the grout consistency is between 10.5 and 12 cm. In the preparation method, sediment and the mud water generated in a construction process are adopted as grouting materials, so that the sediment and the mud water can be changed into treasure from waste; and therefore, the preparation method has the characteristics of great reduction of the dosage of high-energy consumption cement, capability of working inside and outside tunnels, and convenient construction.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a grouting material used in tunnel construction and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's rail transit, subway construction has also entered a period of rapid development. The construction methods of domestic subway tunnels mainly include open excavation, undercut excavation, cover excavation and shield tunneling. Compared with the other three construction methods, the shield construction method has obvious advantages, and its application is more and more extensive. Synchronous grouting is a key technology of the shield method, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety of subway construction and the surrounding environment. The selection of synchronous grouting materials is closely related to domestic subway engineering design thinking and technology. [0003] At present, in the field of subway engineering and underground engineering, especially in shield t...
