Embodiment 1

[0037] Example 1 Feed raw material component screening test

[0038] The nutrient composition of insect artificial feed has two meanings: first, it must contain all the nutrients needed for the growth and development of insects; second, each nutrient must not only have a sufficient amount, but also have an appropriate ratio. The inventor once used Cohen's formula for raising Lygus americana and Lygus pods to directly feed Lygus, but found that the survival rate of Lygus nymphs was only 30%, indicating that the Cohen formula was not suitable for the growth and development of Lygus. In order to screen out the key factors that affect the development of Lygus lucidum and optimize the formula, on the basis of referring to the dosage of Cohen's formula, select sucrose, brewer's yeast powder, 50% honey water, mixed eggs, wheat germ, lima bean powder, soybean powder 10 kinds of ingredients, egg yolk, soybean lecithin, and multivitamins, plus and minus 50% up and down, carried out an o...

Embodiment 2

[0044] Example 2 Improvement test of artificial feed formula for Lygus chlorophyllus

[0045] Although the optimized formula in the previous research made the survival rate of nymphs reach more than 80%, the survival rate and egg production of the reared green ligus bugs after reaching the adult stage were low. Therefore, on the basis of the aforementioned experiments, eggs, sucrose, brewer's yeast, soybean powder, trace elements such as soybean lecithin, multivitamins, etc. required for the growth of the green ligud bug were selected for further in-depth research, and the orthogonal experiment design was carried out as follows Formula treatment, see Table 2.

Embodiment 3

[0056] Example 3 Experimental Design for Optimizing the Formula of Artificial Feed for Lygus Lygus

[0057] Utilize the formula that T2 handles in Table 2 described in Example 2 to raise Lygus aureus, the nymph survival rate further improves, reaches 83.33%, and the stability of feed raising, repeatability strengthens, but the feed still has perishable deterioration The problem is that the feed needs to be changed every two days, and new feed must be made frequently, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore and prolong the shelf life of Lygus chrysalis for reducing the labor intensity and cost of breeding. Adjust antibiotic consumption on the basis of prescription in embodiment 2, and newly add preservative benzoic acid. At the same time, on the basis of changing the dosage of antibiotics and preservatives, 10 kinds of formula treatments were obtained by orthogonal experimental design on the dosage of brewer's yeast, mixed...

Abstract

The invention relates to artificial feed for Lygus lucorum and a feeding method thereof. The feed raw materials include eggs, sucrose, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 50% honey water, yolk, wheat germ, soybean meal, soya lecithin, complex vitamin, and so on. The feeding method comprises selecting a preservation box as a feeding box, and placing a matched grid into the feeding box; wrapping the artificial feed with parafilm, placing on the grid, inoculating Lygus lucorum nymphs at temperature of 25-28 DEC C, humidity of 60-80% and illumination L:D = (15-16):(9-8), and feeding while replacing feed every week. The Lygus lucorum fed with the inventive artificial feed has high survival rate (higher than or equal to 70%), high average egg laying amount of single female Lygus lucorum and long shelf life (one month). The feeding method reduces feed replacement frequency to once per week, saves times and labors, and greatly saves feed cost. The inventive feeding method can obtain a large amount of standard test Lygus lucorum with identical ages and nutrition conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of insect rearing, in particular to an artificial feed and a feeding method for Lygus viridans. Background technique [0002] Lygus is an important class of agricultural pests, among which the species that harms crops in my country is mainly the green Lygus[ Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür)], black Lygus, grass Lygus, alfalfa Lygus, etc. The green Lygus is an important pest of cotton in my country, and it is distributed in both the Yangtze River Basin and the Yellow River Basin. In recent years, with the large-scale planting of transgenic Bt cotton in my country, the cotton bollworm has been effectively controlled. However, due to the reduction in the amount of chemical insecticides used in cotton fields, the number of mirid bugs such as the green ligus has increased sharply and the damage has increased. It has become the main pest in the Bt cotton fields in my country. Even in some areas, the harm of Lygus has spread ...
