Abstract

The invention relates to a process for extracting polysaccharide, in particular to a process for extracting polysaccharide from umbellate pore fungus. The process for extracting polysaccharide from the umbellate pore fungus has the advantages of short time, high extraction rate and adaption of Soxhlet extraction and comprises the following processing steps of: (1) crushing crude drugs of umbellate pore fungus, sieving 10 to 30 meshes by using a test sieve, adding distilled water with the ratio of materials to water being between 1:7 and 1:9 into umbellate pore fungus powder, and soaking the umbellate pore fungus powder for 24 hours; (2) extracting the obtained solution in the step (1) for 7 to 9 hours by using a Soxhlet extractor; (3) obtaining filtrate through suction filtration, wherein the ratio of the crude drugs to the water solution in the filtrate is between 1:1 and 1:3; (4) adding 65 to 95 percent of ethanol into the filtrate, wherein the ratio of materials to water is between 1:4 and 1:6; (5) standing for the obtained solution in the step (4) overnight; (6) performing suction filtration, cleaning the obtained solution for three times respectively by using absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone, and cleaning the obtained solution for one time by using ether; and (7) weighing the obtained product after vacuum drying and analyzing the content of the obtained polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide.
