Problems solved by technology

The advantages of using Saccharomyces cerevisiae to treat dyes are mainly cheap and easy to obtain. When treating dye wastewater, they show good acid resistance, alkali resistance and strong adsorption and degradation capabilities, but because they are difficult to recycle and reuse, they are prone to secondary pollution. Large defects, no mature technology, difficult to use in practice

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a magnetic saccharomyce cerevisiae composite adsorbing material and a technique for processing printing and dying wastewater by using the same. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing superparamagnetic nanometer ferroferric oxide by utilizing a sol-gel method; pretreating saccharomyces cerevisiae; and preparing the magnetic saccharomyces cerevisiae composite adsorbing material by utilizing a crosslinking method. The magnetic saccharomyces cerevisiae composite adsorbing material prepared in the invention has low price, practicability, high efficiency and broad application prospect and very high adsorbing effect on basic dyes, and can be repeatedly utilized for many times and avoid secondary pollution. Because of the crosslinking effect of glutaraldehyde, the saccharomyces cerevisiae has superparamagnetism; and because of the immobilized effect of the glutaraldehyde, the anticorrosive capacity and the mechanical strength of the saccharomyces are improved. The magnetic saccharomyce cerevisiae has higher mechanical strength and stability, the repeated utilization rate of the adsorbing material of the magnetic saccharomyce cerevisiae can be effectively enhanced, and the treatment cost of the printing and dying wastewater is lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, in particular to a preparation method of magnetic Saccharomyces cerevisiae and a technology for treating printing and dyeing wastewater. Background technique [0002] The textile industry is one of the important economic sectors of our country. In the production process of the textile industry, a large amount of wastewater will be produced, among which the printing and dyeing wastewater is the most polluted, and its discharge accounts for about one tenth of the total industrial wastewater discharge. Printing and dyeing wastewater is widely recognized as one of the difficult-to-treat wastewater due to its large discharge volume, deep color, high content of organic pollutants, complex and changeable water quality, and poor biochemical properties. There are many printing and dyeing textile enterprises in our country, the use of dyes is large, and the dye wastewater ...
