The preparation method comprises the following steps: collecting the components of the organic soil according to the above mass ratio; hydrating and dispersing bentonite and sodium carbonate in water to form clay colloid, adding alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, adding methyl-trialkylammonium chloride N-263 or methyl-trialkylammonium chloride 7402, reacting at 10-200 DEG C for 2-7 hours; drying, and pulverizing to obtain organic soil.
