The preparation method comprises the following materials: mixing the polypropylene, the inorganic filling material, the flexibilizer, the nano montmorillonite, the PP-G-MAG, the antioxidant and the auxiliary agents in a high-speed agitator after weighing the raw materials in weight proportion; putting the mixture in a twin-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion; and after extrusion, cooling, drying and pelletizing so that a finished product is obtained.
