The method comprises the following steps of: reacting the alkali sulfide waste residues with lead bicarbonate by mixing to obtain a mixture containing lead sulfide, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate; filtering to obtain a clarified solution containing sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, and a filter cake containing lead sulfide; washing the lead sulfide, drying and smashing to obtain a lead sulfide product; reacting the solution containing sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate with excessive calcium hydroxide solution to obtain a mixture containing calcium carbonate precipitates and a sodium hydroxide solution, filtering to obtain a calcium carbonate filter cake and a solution containing sodium hydroxide, drying the calcium carbonate filter cake, drying and smashing to obtain a calcium carbonate product; and distilling the solution containing sodium hydroxide into a supersaturated sodium hydroxide solution, and performing spray drying to obtain a sodium hydroxide product.
