specific Embodiment approach 1

[0008] Specific Embodiment 1: The dispersion method of a carbon nanotube / carbon nanofiber in this embodiment is as follows: dissolve the water reducer in water, add carbon nanotube or carbon nanofiber, and then use an ultrasonic water tank for ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-3 hours, the dispersion of carbon nanotubes / carbon nanofibers is obtained; wherein the weight ratio of the water reducing agent to the carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers is 0.05-10:1.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0009] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that the water reducer is a polycarboxylate high-efficiency water reducer. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0010] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the carbon nanotubes are single-walled carbon nanotubes or multi-walled carbon nanotubes. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a carbon nano tube/carbon nano fiber dispersing method, and relates to a dispersing method. According to the invention, the problems that the structure and physical performance of the carbon nano tube/nano fiber is damaged as the carbon nano tube/nano fiber is dispersed in concrete by a surface processing method and the hydration and mechanical performance of concrete is influenced by the method using dispersant are solved. The dispersing method comprises the following steps: dissolving a water reducing agent in water; adding a carbon nano tube or carbon nano fiber; and performing ultrasonic dispersion by utilizing an ultrasonic water tank, thus obtaining a carbon nano tube/carbon nano fiber dispersion. The method has a simple process (without adding additional carbon nano tube/carbon nano fiber dispersant), is well compatible with a concrete material, ensures that the concrete performance is not damaged, the fluidity, strength and durability of concrete can be improved, and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost of concrete and quick construction progress.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a dispersion method. Background technique [0002] Carbon nanotube / carbon nanofiber is a lightweight nanoscale fiber reinforced material with unique structure, excellent physical properties such as force, electricity, heat and magnetism, and good chemical and thermal stability. It is compounded with concrete, which can greatly improve the mechanical and durable properties of concrete. In addition, carbon nanotubes / nanofibers can endow concrete with functional properties such as electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, electromagnetic, force sensitivity, and temperature sensitivity. The improvement of the above properties of concrete by carbon nanotubes / nanofibers is based on the uniform dispersion of carbon nanotubes / nanofibers in concrete. However, carbon nanotubes / nanofibers are difficult to be well dispersed in concrete because of their high specific surface area and easy aggregation. The methods usually use...
