The preparation process comprises the following steps of: putting the water into a high-pressure size mixing kettle; starting a stirrer, and slowly stirring; putting the potato, the phosphate modified starch, the ADC, the wax sheet, the glycerin and the antistatic agent into the size mixing kettle; stirring at the speed of 960 revolutions / minute; soaking for 10 to 20 minutes; introducing steam, and heating to the temperature of between 110 to 115 DEG C; stopping the steam, and braising the sizing agent for 10 to 20 minutes; and pressing into a supply barrel for later use.
